- When you make a booking online, the booking request is being validated. We will confirm the booking shortly; this process may take up to 24 hours.
- Once we have confirmed the booking, VTMALLORCATRANSFERS.COM is forced to fulfil the contracted service.
- VTMALLORCATRANSFERS.COM reserves the following rights:
- Cancellation of the reservation in case some of the information given in the form is not true.
- Cancellation of the reservation, in case you did not notify us that you were bringing a pet.
- Cancellation of the reservation by causes external to our company.
- In case the flight is delayed, it does not suppose an increase of the services price, but you should give us a call as soon as you know about the delay, just to keep us informed.
- If your flight is cancelled or postponed to the next day, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your transfer.
- For mechanical reasons the client has the right to get another vehicle within an hour.
- The client cannot choose the car model; you will get a car suitable to your reservation.
- If the luggage or nº of passengers exceeds the capacity or nº car seats, a larger vehicle (minivan) or a second vehicle will be supplied, and the client will pay for it. (Please say in the form clearly nº of suitcases and passengers, including children and their ages, to provide the most suitable vehicle for your needs.).
- The following services will be carried out by minivan:
- The combination of 2 of the following seats (baby seat, child seat and booster seat with backrest).
- If you want the child seat G 1 rear-facing.
- If the luggage exceeds 3 checked suitcases and a baby stroller.
- More than 4 people.
- More than 1 person and/or more than 1 bike box with their luggage.
- More than 2 people and more than 2 golf clubs with their luggage.
- At the customer’s choice.
- The service can be paid for, by cash or card, at the end of the transfer.
- The extra charge for golf clubs or bicycles box will be added to the final price.
- The service of the child seats is a free service.
- If you need to go to a supermarket or petrol station to make purchases and the driver can provide the service, you will be charged €15 per 15 minutes.
- Remember that food and drink (except water) are not allowed during the transfers.
- The client has to make the reservation at least 24 hours before the service to be guaranteed.
- If for any reason or unforeseen circumstances you need to make any changes to your reservation, you must notify us as soon as possible (at least 12 hours in advance) so that we have time to modify it in our database and reschedule your transfer.
- If something happens and you can’t get back to the airport with us, please let us know as soon as possible. Just remember that we are from Palma, and we have to move to another part of the island just to pick you up. So, let us know as soon as possible.
- IF THE HOTEL RECEPTIONIST ORDERS A TAXI FOR YOU, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can cancel your reservation.
- The sending of the reservation form presupposes the knowledge and the acceptance of the “Terms and conditions” paragraph.
- The management guarantees the privacy of the contributed personal particulars.
