- Are there any extra charges on the calculated prices?
No, there aren’t. The prices that appear on our website are final prices per trip, even if your flight is delayed. We have two prices per trip: taxi and minivan.
The baby seats service is free. Only golf clubs and bike boxes are charged.
- How do I pay for my transfers?
At the end of the transfer by cash or card.
- Where will I meet the driver?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall located at Gate 4 or C (right next to the Meeting Point and the Aena Information Desk), holding a “V&T Mallorca Transfers” sign with your name on it.
- What happens if my flight is delayed, cancelled and postponed to the next day?
Don’t worry; your driver will track your flight using the Aena App and will be at the airport upon your arrival. (Flight delays do not increase the price.)
If your flight is cancelled and postponed to the next day, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your transfer. Please let us know your new flight arrival number.
- How do I book my transfer and my return transfer to the airport?
There are 3 options on our form:
– Round trip: You can book both trips: one-way from the airport to the hotel or private house and the return from the hotel or private house to the Palma airport.
– One way (from the airport): You can book only the one-way to the hotel from the airport.
– One way (back to the airport): You can book only the one-way from the hotel back to the airport.
- What time will we be picked up from the hotel for the return to the airport?
On the form, you must provide your flight’s departure time, and we will send you an email with the pick-up time. Normally, for journeys that take 30-35 minutes, we specify 3 hours before your flight’s departure time, and for journeys between 45 minutes and 1 hour, we specify 3 and a half hours before your flight’s departure time.
In our prices you can see how much the journeys take under normal conditions and without traffic.
- When will my reservation be confirmed?
Once we receive your booking request (Pre-Booking), your booking will be processed, and you will shortly receive a confirmation email from us. This process can take up to 24 hours.
Likewise, if we don’t have availability, we will notify you as soon as possible.
